The work is practical: fewer tools, clearer habits, and automation only where it reduces noise — not where it adds another dashboard to ignore.
Briefing Desk is deliberately small. Short feedback loops, clear ownership, and no hand-off between a sales deck and a delivery team you have never met. If the fit is wrong, you will hear that early.
If you want a polished pitch deck and a twelve-slide roadmap, this is the wrong shop. If you want your inbox and weekly briefing to behave by next month, we should talk.
How the work is run
PracticeFixed fees where possible
Core and Core + Site are priced up front. The retainer is optional and monthly — not a surprise add-on to start.
Handoff is the point
You should be able to run the system without Briefing Desk on every call. Retainer is available; dependence is not the product.
