Three steps. Roughly two weeks.

Discovery, build, handoff. You approve anything that sends or changes behaviour in your accounts.

  1. Discovery (~20 min)

    Confirm fit, tools, and constraints. If it is a match, you receive a short written scope and an invoice for Core (£997) or Core + Site (£1,497).

  2. Build (about 1–2 weeks)

    Audit, rules, triage habit, weekly digest. Core + Site also gets the agreed one-pager. Nothing outbound goes live without your say-so.

  3. Handoff + tweaks

    60-minute walkthrough, then 14 days of adjustments within scope. Optional £297/month retainer if you want ongoing support.

Your inbox stays yours

Access only with permission, for the duration of the work, and only as needed. Access is revoked at handoff unless you keep a retainer and agree otherwise.

Do we need fancy AI tools already?

No. We use what you have — or the simplest tool that works. “AI” here means practical automation and triage, not a chatbot bolted onto a mess.

What if our tools don’t support automation?

You still get the audit, rules, triage habit, and a clear manual weekly digest process. Automation is preferred, not mandatory.

Can this expand later?

Yes — via Core + Site at purchase, the optional retainer, or a separate scoped piece of work. Core and Core + Site stay fixed so you know what you are buying.

Is this related to windows or doors?

No. Completely separate from any windows-industry business.
